Our Mission
At Eyes For The Future, we believe that every child deserves to see the world clearly. Because of this, we are dedicated to raising funds to help provide glasses to the thousands of children in Malaysia suffering from poverty, allowing them to achieve their full potential in education and life. By improving the vision of these children, we aim to give them and their communities a better future.
What We Do
Eyes For The Future strives to provide Ophthalmology evaluations and glasses for children in Malaysia. We are partnered with several Ophthalmology clinics throughout Malaysia along with funding from our donors to help evaluate vision and issue glasses.
Who are we?
Founder Dylan May
My name is Dylan May and I am a Junior at Centreville High School in Virginia. Being half Malaysian, I am given the privilege to visit Malaysia every year where I have witnessed the numerous challenges that the thousands of children living in poverty face. These experiences have deeply motivated me to create this nonprofit organization to help give these children a second chance. I am committed to raising funds to donate glasses to children affected by vision problems who can not afford them, giving them the opportunity to thrive academically and in their daily lives.
